Well the temps are heating up and so is the real estate market. First time buyers have finally figured out now is the time to buy. They are taking advantage of our goverment's generous offer of an $8000 tax credit that expires on December 1 2009. Please don't delay you should act now before it's too late or the interest rates start to creep back up. If you are not new to the market or a first time home buyer, I want to hear from you too. Well the interest rates are low and folks are getting the home buying fever again. With 30 yr rates around 4.5% you are crazy not to buy a home right now and take advantage of the deals out there. The buyers are definitely out there looking so if you have something to sell, now may be the time. If you're a buyer all I can say is HURRY before all the good deals are gone along with the great rates. I would love to help everyone with their real estate needs and look forward to hearing from you. Did you know for example that a $200,000 home cost the same thing you would have paid for a 175,000 home a year or so ago just with interest savings alone.

Well I wish I could say the market is getting better but unfortunately it is not. I have constanly seen the number of expired and withdrawn listings on our MLS grow. The only silver lining to that I guess would be the amount of inventory we are reducing on a monthly basis which in the long run should be a blessing. There are plenty of deals out there to be made and the banks are still lending the money so if you are sitting on the "fence" so to speak now is the time. I hope everyone is doing well and I will give you an official market update next week.

I hope everyone is doing well. I wanted to take a minute to thank you for visiting my new web site. We hope to have everything up and fully functional by the end of September.
