Well I wish I could say the market is getting better but unfortunately it is not. I have constanly seen the number of expired and withdrawn listings on our MLS grow. The only silver lining to that I guess would be the amount of inventory we are reducing on a monthly basis which in the long run should be a blessing. There are plenty of deals out there to be made and the banks are still lending the money so if you are sitting on the "fence" so to speak now is the time.
